The New Square Residences are an existing 19th Century residential block on the Trinity College Campus. The building comprise of 2250 sq.m of floor area.

Griffin Plastering did extensive repair of historic plaster finishes on the internal walls and ceiling on this project. A number of different conservation plastering techniques had to be used to the damaged areas of the ceilings from the Ceiling Restraint System to relath and plastering using Traditional Lime. All work carried out had to be sensitive to this unique historical setting.
