This mid 1800’s Private Dwelling is located in an area zoned residential conservation and is listed as a Protected Structure in the Dublin City Council Development Plan. The house consists of 3900 sq ft plus additional 350 sq ft garage.

Griffin plastering completed the internal and external Traditional Lime Rendering on this large Private Dwelling and had to source suitable lime and sand to provide a range of textures and finishes. There was shelter coat applied externally to give the required texture and colour required.
