These four houses were built in the 1780s James Street in a very historic part of Dublin

Griffin Plastering was contracted to carry out External Traditional Lime Rendering to the rear of the Houses, approx. 600m2 of EcoCork to all internal walls of the Houses and repair the Historic pub shopfront. The Decorative mouldings and shopfront were in bad state and all existing paint was removed and they were brough back to there former glory.
