Both houses of the Oireachtas are located in Leinster House, Kildare Street adjacent to Molesworth Street. Work first started in Molesworth Street in approximately 1725.
Griffin Plastering was contracted to carry out all the internal and external plaster restoration/conservation work on 32 Merrion Square. These works include traditional lime plastering internally and externally, lath and plaster, consolidate ceiling and crack repairs. Griffin Plastering also had to carry out all repairs in decorative plasterwork including existing damage, where substandard repairs were carried out and repairs after new services.
